At most meals, because we shut off the air in the galley to keep the service plates warm, the temperatures on the back cooks line can exceed 116 F !

and the Cooks Line, which I will come back to later.Here on the river the days are long and tedious where there is little time to ponder the beauty of the river. When we do have a moment to step outside here is our view:
