The Galley: where the magic happens!


At most meals, because we shut off the air in the galley to keep the service plates warm, the temperatures on the back cooks line can exceed 116 F !

 this is the front of. the service line during a typical dining service.
and the Cooks Line, which I will come back to later.
Here on the river the days are long and tedious where there is little time to ponder the beauty of the river. When we do have a moment to step outside here is our view:
